We have flexible working hours and always try to accommodate your schedule. We will agree on the time of your exam in the clinic or home/hotel visit during initial contact. Depending on our availability, we can see patients in the evening and during the weekend.

Regardless of how you contact us, by phone call, chat or web form, we aim to respond within one hour, except on Sundays and national holidays.

Yes, our doctors prescribe medication. If needed, we will issue a private prescription you can fill in any Croatian pharmacy.

Yes, we are able to perform over 5.000 blood, urine and other laboratory tests. Samples are taken in our clinic and securely transported to the laboratory. Most test results are available during the same day and sent to your email address. Due to laboratory working hours, we can only collect samples on working days by noon, 12 PM.

We are affiliated with leading specialists in the area and can facilitate a consultation when required.

You can pay for our services in cash (Euro) or with any card. We accept contactless payments, including Google and Apple pay.

No, but we will provide you with your medical documentation and invoice in English. You can then ask for a refund (claim expenses) from your insurer.
